Changes to the Customer Portal

At the beginning of 2020 we brought you the CheaperWaste Customer Portal, it was hoped that this portal would help you to manage your service and gain access to your documents and important information when you needed it.

However, it became clear that the portal did not function as we had hoped and did not improve your service to the extent we expected.

We have been very busy over the last few weeks and months designing a new system that will offer you a tangible benefit and a better customer experience. The new system will be CustomerConnect.

CustomerConnect is a new and evolving platform that will allow you to access your documents and invoices, keep a track of your services and collections, and will also give you the option to register queries and follow your requests through to completion. CustomerConnect will grow as we do to further improve your service.

We hope that CustomerConnect will go live in August.

The existing customer portal will be available until 24th July, after this date and until CustomerConnect is launched you will no longer be able to access the portal.
